This would be the indicated and safer if you do not have a special place for cooking pepas without wheat flour, oatmeal, barley or rye.
4. Take your pepas to a previously greased and floured wandering with gluten-free flour. Make the classic hole in the center and kitchen 4 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, if you choose a compact sweet, heat it a few seconds in the microwave or in the water bath to have it ready to use.
5. Past the pre-control time, help yourself with the base of a bottle or kneader stick to mark the little hole of your pepas to incorporate the sweet.
6. Distribute the sweet you have chosen in each PEPA and, with the help of the wet fingers, lower the sweet peaks that may remain, so that they do not burn in the oven. Cook them about 6 more minutes and check them out. Gluten -free quince pepas are delicious!
