Panettone recipe with Thermomix

Panettone is a sweet bread with a brioche dough that is normally eaten at Christmas, although due to its delicious flavor and spongy texture it can be eaten at any time of the year. Original from Italy, Panettone is usually filled with confined or frosty fruit but this can vary according to the taste of those who prepare it. Ingredients to make Panettone with Thermomix:
First mass:
250 grams of flour
20 grams of fresh yeast
170 milliliters of water
Second mass:
500 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar (¾ cup)
1 teaspoon of salt
4 units of egg yolks

170 grams of butter
170 milliliters of water
20 grams of Fresh yeast

Ingredients to make Panettone with Thermomix:

1. To make the first mass of the Panettone with Thermomix, the water and the yeast for 30 seconds at speed 3 must be mixed, then add the flour and program at speed 6 by 1 minute without temperature. Enter the dough into a plastic bag and reserve in the fridge, cold, a whole day.

2. The next day we will prepare the second mass of Panettone. To do this, beat a small part of the water, sugar and yeast in the thermomix along with the first mass, program for 40 seconds and speed 3 to 40º temperature.
