Ingredients to make panellets with Thermomix:
1. First keep in mind that for recipes with Thermomix, the cup measure refers to the cubilete of the device. Knowing this, he adds in the Thermomixs glass the two and a half cupiletes of sugar along with the lemon peel and crushing at speed 4 rising up to 8 progressively for approximately one minute.
2. Once the sugar and lemon have been pulverized, add the almonds, the yolk and the strawberry essence. Program at speed 4 and rises progressively to speed 8 until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. To make the panellets, take out the mass of the Themomix and form small balls and cover with the pinions. Try to cover the whole mass ball with the pinions, you can pass the mass balls by beaten egg to grab the pinions more easily.
Trick: If you can get pine nuts, you can also bathe them with grated coconut or chocolate
4. Place all panellets on a previously greased baking tray and bake at 180ºC until golden brown, this will take about 10 minutes or so. Let them cool to harden a little and enjoy these delicious panellets during Christmas.
