30 grams of yeast
600 milliliters of milk (2½ cups)
50 grams of sugar (¼ cup)
25 grams of salt
1 tablespoon of malt extract
80 grams of margarine
1 kilogram of flour

Ingredients to make bread of panchos, pebetes and hamburgers:

1. The first thing we have to do to prepare this recipe for bread, pebetes and hamburgers is to gather all the necessary ingredients.

2. Next, we have to dilute the yeast in 100 ml of warm milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let ferment and then add the rest of sugar, salt, malt extract and margarine or other fat.

3. Mix with wooden spoon, incorporate flour alternating with the rest of warm milk. Form a bun, knead it and let rise in a warm place.

4. To assemble the pebetes, we have to cut and form buns of 80 g of dough, extend them slightly and locate them on a greased baking plate. Then cover with polyethylene and let out. (Yield approximately for 24 units.).

5. To prepare the panchos, we have to cut pieces of 60 g of dough, beaten them and let them stand on the table covered with polyethylene. Then stretch them, giving it cylindrical shape to accommodate in greased plates leaving 1 cm between one and the other, covering with a cloth and leaving slight. (Yield approximately 30 units.)

6. To prepare the loaves for hamburgers drink portions of 70 g of dough, bole and stretch with a small kneading roller. Place on oven plates greased next to each other. (Yield approximately for 28 units.).

7. Finally, bake all bread at 220º C for 15 minutes. When removing them from the oven, paint a little with water.
