Orange cake recipe

Ingredients to make orange cake:
For the broken mass ::
150 gr. of flour
75 gr. of butter
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt

For the cream ::
3/4 of vessel (of the water) of orange juice
50 gr. of sugar
1 tablespoon filled with cornstarch
1 egg yolk

8. It is allowed to temper, the yolk is added and reserved.

9. In another saucepan the water is cooked to make the syrup and it is cooked for 10 minutes.

10. The 2 oranges are cut into slices and are cooked in the syrup 5 minutes.

11. They are removed and drained- it is cooked again to the syrup to reduce it by half.

12. The jam is added, it is stirred and shed 5 more minutes.

13. It is allowed to cool until it thickens.

14. The cream extends through the bottom of the dough.

15. It is covered with the orange slices and sprayed with the syrup.

16. It is allowed to cool.
