100 g of warm water 100 g of sunflower oil 10 g of pressed yeast o 1/2 above bakery leader 350 g of flour 1 blade blade 2 teaspoon of ajonjolà 1/4 teaspoon of salt 200 g of sugar |

Ingredients to make oil cakes with Thermomix:
1. Put the water and oil 1 minutes 40º speed 2.
2. Add yeast and flour 15 seconds speed 6.
3. Incorporate the anises, the sesame and the salt, 1 minute spike speed.
4. Let stand.
5. Stretch the very finite dough with the desired shape and sprinkle sugar.
6. Preheated oven to 180º from 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
