1. Press the oven at 180 ºC. Put oatmeal, flour, ground almond, panela and pinch of salt. Remove with a spoon.
2. Make a hole in the center and casca the egg in it. Break the yolk with the spoon and go mixing little by little with the mixture of bran, flour and almond. Finish mixing with slightly floured hands until you get a compact dough and a bit sticky.
