Ingredients to make nut panqué:

1. To start the walnut pancake, in a bowl beat the butter with the sugar for 3 minutes. You can also do the walnut pan in blender mixing all these ingredients in this kitchen robot.

Trick: Remember that butter must be at room temperature to make it easier to beat.

2. incorporate the eggs one by one. Make sure each of the eggs are integrated into the mixture before adding the other.

3. Add the condensed milk and the nut and bat flavor for 3 more minutes. You can replace the nut -flavored with vanilla essence if you want your nut pancake to have a touch of different flavor.

4. With the help of a strainer, it sifes dry ingredients, that is, flour, baking powder, nutmeg and pinch of salt. Mix with a spatula and then with the blender for 2 minutes. In case of making the nut in blender, we recommend adding the dry ingredients little by little to integrate well.

Trick: If you want a more spongy nut pancan, it sifes the dry ingredients in another container at least 2 times and then incorporate them to the rest.

5. When you have the dough ready, add a little of the chopped nut and mix one last time with a spatula.

6. Empty the mixture in a previously greased and floured mold, hits the dough and add a little more chopped nut at the end. Bake the walnut pan at 180 ° C for 50 minutes. Remember that you can do the panqué in a round mold to decorate it later. In this case, it would be a mold of about 20 cm in diameter.

Trick: The baked time will depend on the power of your oven, but you can test the stick at 35 minutes, if your panqué is clean it will be ready.

7. After the baked time, let the panqué cool inside the oven to prevent it from falling. Once cold, you can enjoy this rich panqué of spongy nut.
