Lemon and vanilla cookie recipe

We put the flour on the table and make a hole in the center as if we made a volcano.

Ingredients to make lemon and vanilla cookies:
For 4 people ::
200 grams of flour.
75 grams of butter.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
75 grams of sugar.
1 lemon.

2. We separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

3. We squeeze the lemon and scratch its cortex.

4. In the center of the volcano we place the butter, the eggs of the eggs, the cinnamon powder, the lemon juice and the sugar.

5. We knead everything with our hands and make a dough that will be ready when there is no visible flour.

6. Sprinkle the table with flour and on the table we extend the dough stretching it with a roller, without stretching too much and not leaving it too fine.

7. We cut the dough preferably with round, oval molds or if not with the help of a narrow glass.

8. We are placing them on a baking sheet with baking paper at its base.

9. We introduce in the oven already preheated at 250 º C until golden brown, take out and let cool.

10. When serving we sprink them with the bark of the Rayada lemon.
