Ingredients to make lactose -free chocolate cake:
1. I will start preparing this lactose-free chocolate cake by sifting flour, yeast, bicarbonate and pure cocoa in a wide bowl so that all dry ingredients are very fine and so later we have a well-spongy lactose-free chocolate cake .
2. Then, apart we beat the sugar with the eggs with the help of a rod until they become foamy and bend volume, then add the vegetable milk and the oil in the form of a thread.
Trick: If you want the lactose sponge cake, it is more spongy, beat the yolks with the sugar on the one hand and mounted the whites on the other. Then add them with surround movements to the dough.
3. Then we add the ingredients sifted to the bowl of the eggs and mix everything well. We also add the orange zest and stir again.
Trick: Instead of the orange zest we can put it with a lemon or instead, add a few drops of vanilla essence to give an extra touch of flavor to the lactose sponge cake.
