Koba Akondro recipe

Koba Akondro, also known as Kobindravina, is a dessert that belongs to the gastronomy of the Island of Madagascar and is very popular in many countries in Asia. It is prepared based on peanuts, brown sugar and rice flour, then the resulting dough is wrapped in palm leaves and steamed until the dough hardens. Fast food is considered and sold in street stalls. By not having palm leaves we have used the aluminum foil in order to cook this dessert and although the appearance is different, without a doubt, it retains all the authentic flavor of this traditional dessert of Madagascar.
