Italian pumpkin pastel recipe

Cook the Italian squash in water and half a tablespoon of salt previously chopped in pieces with their skin.

Two Italian pumpkin or large green pumpkin
1 bread soaked
1 egg
salt and oil
rolled cheese
Rayado cheese
for the pine ::
½ kilo of ground meat
3 large onions

2. to prepare the pine; Chop the onions in squares and cook with salt and oil in a pot adding the cumin once the onion is well cooked incorporate the ground meat and cook until it is homogeneous.
