Ingredients to make whole bread with seeds:
1. In order to prepare the whole bread with seeds we must let all the ingredients ready and make sure that we do not miss anything.
2. Once we have everything ready, we start! To do this, we take a bowl and dissolve the yeast in the hot water.
3. Then, we place in another larger container the flour and salt, and mix well with a spoon or spatula. Then, we make a hole in the center and place inside the oil with the yeast dissolved in water, we integrate both ingredients and start kneading with our hands making circular movements, inside out.
4. When all the ingredients of the integral bread with seeds have been integrated, we will obtain a soft, homogeneous mass and that is not stuck in the hands. If not, then we will have to add a little more flour and continue kneading. We form a ball with the bread dough.
5. We leave the dough of whole wheat bread in the container for 45 minutes, covered with a clean cloth, to rest and double its volume. After the time, we sink the knuckles in the dough two or three times to release some air, cover again and let it rest 15 more minutes.
