Ingredients to make honey and oat cookies:
1. To start preparing oat and honey cookies, place dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a hole in the center and add the butter next to honey.
2. Gather the ingredients to form a bun. Crush and pass it to a floured tray, book in the refrigerator until you make consistency to be kneaded. This process could take half an hour or a little more.
3. Once repossed we remove from the refrigerator, we stretch about 1cm. thick and with the help of a long spatula or blade we take off the dough.
4. Now we cut our cookies with the chosen shear. I used a round shear of about 5 cm. diameter.
5. We accommodate them spaced each other on a clean plate and lead to cook in preheated oven at 190ºC for 10 to 15 minutes, everything depends on your oven. Remember that having a lot of faster honey so eye !!!!
6. Once ready and well golden, we remove the oatmeal and honey cookies carefully from the plate and let cool on a rack. And if you like homemade cookies you can try amaranth cookies, gluten -free cookies or cookies with peanut butter, you will love it!
