Ingredients to make homemade mold:

1. The first thing you have to do to prepare the mass of the mold bread is to take a container and place the natural water and the malt extract and dissolve it. You should keep in mind that the malt will contribute a touch of color to the bread, so if you want it to be completely white you will have to eliminate this ingredient from the recipe.

2. Now, incorporate margarine and salt and intress them to the previous mixture. To make margarine easier you must be at room temperature, for this you must remove it from the refrigerator half an hour before starting.

3. Once integrated, take another separate container and add the previously sifted flour. Keep in mind that 0000 flour is also known as lazy or refined. Relonate the yeast in the flour and mix it. You can also replace beer yeast with 15 grams of fresh yeast.
