Ingredients to make homemade panquecitos:
1½ cups of butter (337½ grams)
1 cup (200 grams)
4 egg units
2 flour cups (280 grams)
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup of milk (120 milliliters)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
½ teaspoon of salt

Ingredients to make homemade panquecitos:

1. Mix with the electric blender the butter and sugar until you get a creamy mixture.





2. Add the eggs one by one mixing constantly. Let an egg completely integrate before adding the following.

3. Apart, sift the flour with the baking powder. Then, mix with milk, vanilla, oil and lemon zest.

4. To continue with the preparation of homemade panquecitos, join the two previous preparations, that of the flour with that of butter and eggs, go mix little by little and incorporate the milk beating continuously.





5. You can finally empty the mixture of homemade panquecitos in a large mold, but the idea and the main characteristic of this recipe is its individual presentation, so pours the mixture into previously greased small containers or in special paper containers for oven.

6. Let cook for approximately one hour with the oven at 350º. Serve them in the snack with a glass of milk. Remember that you can also decorate them with the Frosting of your preference.
