2. Add the eggs, one by one, incorporating them into the flour, which should be strongly worked in order to obtain an extremely homogeneous paste.

4. It is entirely essential to prepare the dough at least two hours before using it and conserve it instead of temperate, to raise the beginning of fermentation.
5. Finish the preparation by adding the aroma chosen at the time of using it.
6. The cooking of the crêpes is carried out in a very hot and slightly greased pan with clarified butter (without water).
7. Crêpes must be fine, light and well browned on both sides.
8. The way of turning around is a matter of practice and depends on the ability of each one.
9. Sprinkle them slightly with sugar as they are prepared and presented on napkin.
