Ingredients to make homemade bollicas step by step:
500gr of strength flour
nocilla, nutela or chocolate tablets
25gr of fresh yeast
essence of vanilla
40 gr of sugar

Ingredients to make homemade bollicas step by step:

1. First we will put the milk in a bowl and put it to the microwave 15 seconds to temper it

3. After the rest time we will put the butter little by little and while we knead with the hands or with a kneader. We will also add the rest of the flour, eggs, a pinch of salt and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix everything for 10 minutes kneading.
