Ingredients to make healthy homemade cookies:
1. Beat the egg until it is very foamy and acquire a creamy texture. Then, add little by little and still beat the oil. You can wear electric or manual rods.
Trick: Preheat the oven at 180 ºC.
2. Incorporates the varied seeds, raisins, panela and beats insistently until everything is completely integrated. We recommend this step with manual rods, a wooden spatula or spoon. 4. Take out the dough and love it for approximately 5 minutes. If you need more oil (the dough is very dry) or more oatmeal (the dough is very humid) you can add it now. The dough point must be very manageable and at all sticky. Once already kneaded, shape your cookies. We have chosen to make healthy and easy cookies, without stretching the dough or using molds. We have taken small portions, we have formed an elongated and fine cylinder and we have curled it. Once your cookies have been made, place them on the baking sheet lined with the sulphurized paper.
5. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes by placing the tray at medium height. Try to monitor the oven so you don burn cookies, since depending on the type of oven they can take more or less.
