Ingredients to make vanilla moons half: |
– 250 gr. of flour – 2 envelopes of Avinillado sugar – 75 gr. OF SUGAR GLAS – 1 pinch of salt – 100 gr. of ground almond – 200 gr. margarina – 100 gr. of sugar – 2 tablespoons of avainillado sugar (apart from the two envelopes) |
Ingredients to make vanilla moons half:
2. Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, icing sugar, salt, ground almonds and margarine and knead everything until you get a homogeneous dough. Form rolls of the thickness of a finger and cut them into pieces of about 5 cm. and give them a crescent and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until they have a light color. In a bowl put the two tablespoons of ava-yoinabiled sugar and batter the socks moons while they are hot.
