Ingredients to make Grissini:
1. We leave the ingredients ready to have them all at hand at the time of preparing the Italian gray. For spices, you can use oregano, sesame, salt in scales, garlic powder, private herbs …
2. We take a container and dilute fresh yeast in half of the warm water. Add the salt and sugar, mix and let it rest for a few minutes.
3. While tango, we take another bowl, or a kneader if we have, and place the flour and oil. We begin to mix and we gradually add the water to get a homogeneous and lump dough. If we don have a kneader, we can mix with a spoon, a fork, spatula, etc. The important thing is to do it calmly but without stopping.
4. Once the mass of the Grisini is obtained, we divide it into several parts. Each part will be aromatized with a spice, so you must divide it into as many types of rolls as you want to prepare.
5. Add the spice you want in the dough portion, knead to integrate it, form a ball, introduce it into a bowl, cover it with a clean cloth and let it rest for an hour. You must do this process with all mass portions.

8. We take an oven suitable tray, we lined it with baking paper and placed the Italian gray. We cover them with a wet cloth and let them rest for 30 more minutes. When there is little time, we preheat the oven to 200ºC.
9. Remove the cloth and bake the bread sticks for 15-20 minutes, depending on the power of your oven.
