Gluten -free cake ingredients:
1. Before getting to work with the celiac cake, we must let all the ingredients ready. Remember that you must make sure that they are all free of gluten.
2. We preheat the oven to 180º. We put the yogurt in a glass and remove it until it is more or less liquid.
3. We put in a bowl (if it can be great better so that between air in the mixture and thus rise more in the oven) the three eggs and beat them with rods.
4. Add the sugar (the measure is two cups of the yogurt you use). If you put it on, you will sift it better, because it will also help the cake to be more spongy. Mix with the rods. To make your own icing sugar and save that money, don miss this simple recipe.
5. Then we add the yogurt that we have reserved little by little and while mixing. If you don mixing anything, but doing it little by little it will be mixed before. And then the oil (a measure of the same yogurt).
6. Before continuing to put all the ingredients in the bowl, we put the flour (three yogurt measures) and the yeast envelope. Mix a little with a spoon.
7. Now, we add the flour with the yeast to the mixture we have. Do not forget to sift it, (if you don have a sieve, do it with a strainer). And we are going to beat everything.
8. Finally, the mold with butter or oil is greased. If the mold is not unmold, cut tailored to the diameter, as in the photo, a piece of oven paper and puts in the background to ensure that it does not stick and then it is not necessary to grease the base, only the walls.
9. Finally, we pour the mixture into the mold and introduce the gluten-free cake into the oven at a temperature of 175ºC or 180ºC about 30 minutes. In my case, being a higher mold, I put it at 175ºC and 40 minutes. To know that it is done, once the baked time has passed, click with a stick and if it is dry it is ready.
10. Finally, we unmold and we can cover with gloss sugar, fill it with gluten-free chocolate, wet it in a coffee … or simply enjoy it as it comes out of the oven !! And if you want to know how to make a gluten -free chocolate cake, in this recipe we tell you!
