Gluten -free strawberry buns recipe

500 grams of gluten -free flour
40 grams of sugar
50 grams of butter
20 grams of honey
10 grams of salt
1 egg

Ingredients to make cream and gluten -free strawberries:

1. To make the dough of the buns we mix in a bowl the previously sifted gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, honey, butter, egg and yeast envelope also gluten-free. We mix everything, incorporate the milk into the mixture and remove well until we get a dough that we can work with our hands.

2. Once the dough was obtained, we knead for 10-15 minutes, we form a ball and let it stand in a bowl, previously greased with olive oil, for an hour and a half, covered with film paper.

3. After time, we cut portions of the gluten-free mass of about 80 g and form balls with them. We take an oven container, we force it with baking paper, place the balls and paint them with beaten egg. Let them rest for an hour to increase their volume, we paint again with beaten egg and bake at 180 ºC until the surface of the buns has a golden tone (approximately 15 minutes).

4. Before filling the buns for celiacs, we let them cool. For the filling, we ride the cream with the sugar, we put it in a pastry bag, open the buns in half and fill them using the nozzle that we like best. We cut several strawberries into small dice and others in slices, and place them on the filling.
