It had been enough that I wanted to try some homemade donuts, and I must say that now that I have finally encouraged I will repeat safe because I have been delighted. This is a special recipe because, in addition to being my first donuts, it turns out that they are very peculiar: they are vegan, without milk or eggs. Likewise, they agree that they are gluten without and, of course, as always, without sugar. Someone might think that it is impossible for you to get some donuts without all those ingredients, but here you have the proof that it is not so. Not only do they leave, but it also turns out that they are delicious. My husband was surprised when, after trying them and telling me how rich they were, I told him everything they did not carry. Ingredients to make gluten -free and lactose donuts: |
125 grams of oatmeal (or the one you prefer) 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate ¼ teaspoon of salt 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional) 60 milliliters of almond milk without added sugar (or the one you prefer) 3½ Sopporas of vegetable oil (I put it with coconut) 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar (or white wine) 180 milliliters of agave syrup or other sugar without sugar (you can also use honey if you do not care that it is not vegan and/or that has sugar) ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence 60 grams of fresh or already defrosted blueberries |

Ingredients to make gluten -free and lactose donuts:
1. In a bowl we mix the dry ingredients: flour, bicarbonate, salt and cinnamon.
2. In another bowl, we mix wet ingredients: almond milk, oil, essence, vinegar and syrup.
3. Add the humid ingredients on the dry ones, and mix well but not in excess, until obtaining a homogeneous and lumps without lumps.
4. Finally, we add the blueberries and carefully mix the mass of gluten-free and lactose donuts.
5. We place the mixture on a previously greased donut mold and put the vegan donuts without hot exploits at 175 ºC for about 10-12 minutes, or until we see that they are well golden brown.
6. When they are ready, we take out the oven oatmeal donuts and wait about 5 more minutes before unmolding them and letting them finish cooling on a rack.
7. To serve them, we can sprinkle a little glasses, as I did, since they are not excessively sweet. You can also add some glaze of your liking, chocolate or eat them as is.
