Ingredients to make glazed orange cake:
1. To prepare the cake we must make a dough mixing all the ingredients as follows: first beat the butter with the sugar, then add the 4 egg yolks, one by one and continue beating until they get them well to the mixture .
2. Immediately after, and still beat, gradually add the flour and the orange juice and milk mixture. Leave to add the zest and egg whites, previously beaten about to snow (you must add 6 egg whites, 4 of the eggs of the dough and 2 of the eggs to be used for the cover). Beat until all ingredients are completely integrated.
3. Empty the orange cake mixture in a oven mold lined with baking paper or previously greased. It takes to cooking at average temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
