Ingredients to make ginger cookies with ground bread:

1. To start making the mass of ginger cookies, the first thing you should do is take a bowl and beat the butter with sugar until you get a creamy texture. Then, add the egg and keep beating to integrate it.

2. Once the previous ingredients are mixed, it is time to incorporate ground bread, milk, flour, Royal yeast and ginger.

3. Then add the ground almond and start kneading with your hands until you get a compact and homogeneous dough.
