500 grams of butter
3½ cups of flour (490 grams)
3 tablespoons of yeast dessert (baking powder)
3 tablespoons of vanilla dessert
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
350 grams of sugar (1¾ cups)
leche cold evaporated and semiibatida
1 tablespoon dessert of ground cinnamon

Ingredients to make French butter cookies (Petit Beurre):

1. First, preheat the oven at 180 ºC. Grows a stainless metal container, it can be disposable.
