Filled croissants recipe

8 small croissants (or 4 normal size)
1/2 glass of evaporated milk
100 gr. from mushrooms
2 chicken breasts
50 gr of butter
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of cornmeal
salt
oil
pepper

Ingredients to make stuffed croissants:

3. In the same fat, save cornmeal and before it takes color.

4. Add the chopped mushrooms.

5. Cook for a few minutes, salt and pepper and pour evaporate milk.

6. Add the chicken and let it cook 3-4 minutes, while stirring.

7. Open the croissants in half, ensuring that they do not break and fill them with the previous preparation.

8. Paint them with the egg yolk and brown them a few minutes in a strong oven.
