Ingredients to make fat biscuits:

1. Place the fat in a bowl at room temperature and let it rest for about 20 minutes to be soft when kneading.

2. In another container add fresh yeast and warm water, dissolve and reserve.





3. In a larger bowl, cast the flour and salt. Make a hole in the center and add the fat and yeast previously dissolved in warm water.
