English Zuppa recipe

Cut the cake horizontally into three parts and make a first floor on a rectangular tray.

Ingredients to make English Zuppa:
2 rectangular biscuits of 250 gr. each
8 teaspoons of wine
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
half liter of milk
3 tablespoons of flour
100 gr. of molten chocolate
200 gr. cream.

Ingredients to make English Zuppa:

2. Then bathe with the wine mixed with coffee.

3. For the sweet, make a cream beating an entire egg and a yolk with four tablespoons of sugar, add 3 tablespoons of flour, mixing well pouring little by little half a liter of boiling milk.

4. Slowly and remove.

5. Pour half of the cream on the first floor of the cake, cover with a second layer of cake bathed with coffee and wine.

6. Incorporate to the cream 80 gr. of molten chocolate and pour it over the cake.
