Ingredients to make easy yogurt cake:

1. First, to prepare this spongy cake yogurt, we preheat the oven at 160 ºC. We can half of the extended almonds on a tray covered with baking paper and we roast the toast at 160 ºC for about 10 minutes. We take them out, let them cool and crush them into thick pieces.
