Easy guineo sweet ingredients:
1. To prepare this traditional Guineo cake, take a container and crush the bananas with a fork or mortar until they are well crushed.
2. Once the ripe guineos are well crushed, apart beat the brown sugar, butter and bicarbonate until cremated. Then, incorporate this mixture into the crushed guineos and continue mixing with the fork. Add the eggs and, once integrated, incorporate the sifted flour together with the dusts to bake little by little and while mixing.
3. Add a pinch of salt if you consider it necessary and preheat the oven to 180ºC. Once you have the mixture of the guineo candy, grease and flour a mold and watch it in it. Then, bake the cake for 40 minutes or until when you puncture it with a wooden stick, it comes out clean.
4. It is important that you do not open the oven until the 40 minutes do not pass to prevent the guineo cake from losing volume. Then, check that you are really ready and leave it more time in the oven if it is not. The final cooking time will depend on the power of the oven.
5. When it is ready, remove the easy-to-baked guineo candy and let it cool to serve it. If you wish, you can make a cream cheese frosting and cover the cake with it, it will be really delicious.
