Ingredients for easy coconut and dulcer cake:
1. To perform this coconut cake, take a container and mix the butter with the flour previously sifted to form a consistent mass. Then add the egg and intact it.
2. Add some milk so that the dough has just taken the appropriate consistency, but only the necessary amount. When you have it, see it in a mold suitable for oven and cover the upper part with the dulce de leche.
3. Reserve the mold with the dough and take a container to prepare the coverage. Mix the grated coconut, sugar and egg until they are fully integrated. If you wish, you can reserve some grated coconut to decorate.
4. Cover the coconut cake and dulce de leche with this mixture and bake it for 30 minutes at 180ºC, until the coverage is golden and the well-made cake.
