Ingredients to make easy chocolate donuts:
210 grams of flour (1½ cups)
45 grams of cocoa powder
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of bicarbonate
1 pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
75 grams of sugar
45 grams of butter
150 grams of bitter chocolate
50 grams of yogurt
1 piece of egg
1 piece of egg yolk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
½ cup of chopped nuts
2 cups of vegetable oil

Ingredients to make easy chocolate donuts:

1. To start making chocolate donuts mix dry ingredients, that is, flour, coconut, cinnamon powder, bicarbonate, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

3. Once they are well dissolved, remove from heat and add a teaspoon of vanilla. Allow the mixture to cool and then add a whole egg plus a yolk.

5. Mix with a wooden spatula or shovel until it is difficult to continue integrating, then the mixture passes to a clean surface and finishes integrating with your hands until you get a firm paste.
