60 grams of strength flour
12 grams of fresh yeast

300 grams of strength flour

5 eggs

Ingredients to make Easter Mona:

1. First, prepare the favorment. To do so, put some water in a deep bowl and add the yeast and flour. Remove a little until the ingredients and cover with film paper are mixed. Leave it in a cool or in the fridge for a whole night to fermente.
