Ingredients to make donuts:

1. To start making the donuts you must place the flour in a wide bowl, form a volcano with it and add the milk and yeast in the center.

4. After this time, the dough must have doubled its volume. Then, without hitting it, extend it with a roller to reach 1 cm thick. Keep in mind that you must still rest a little more, so it will grow again.



Trick: To make more fluffy fried donuts, you can leave 2 cm thick, but for baked donuts we recommend only 1 cm.





5. With the already stretched dough, cut the donuts with the desired diameter and reserve them on a tray lined with vegetable or sulfurized paper.



Trick: You can use both a special mold to cut homemade donuts and any other round object, such as a glass or tequila cup for example.





6. When you have homemade donuts already cut, you must let them stand for 10 more minutes to increase their size.





7. Now you have two options, you can do fried or baked donuts. To cook the dough for fried donuts you should only heat plenty of oil and introduce them one in one or in small batches.
