100 gr. Black sugar 100 gr. of peanut butter 2 eggs 80 cc. of milk 120 of flour 60 gr. of butter 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 pinch of salt |
Ingredients to make peanut butter cupcakes:
2. Mix black sugar, butter and peanut butter.
3. Beat until you take creamy consistency.
4. Add the eggs.
5. Continue beating after incorporating them.
6. Combine dry ingredients: flour, bicarbonate, salt and baking powder. Go incorporating this preparation into the previous mixture, alternating with milk.
7. until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
8. Fill the molds for cupcakes. Baked in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
