1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare coconut paleo cookies. In this recipe you can replace honey with another natural sweetener such as panela.
2. In a bowl, we crush the ripe bananas and mix it with honey, grated coconut and 1 egg. We move well until a homogeneous paste is left.
