8 Egg whites (300g)

Ingredients to make clear and lemon cake with Thermomix:

5. While the whites are mounted, you can grease and flour the mold you are going to use. When the Thermomix stops, put the same speed again, the cubilete in the mouth and, little by little, pour the mixture you reserved for sugar and lemon.

6. Then mix the yeast with the flour and add it to the glass. Program the Machine for Six Second at speed 5 and see it all in the mold. Bake the lemon cake for approximately 30 minutes.
