Ingredients to make cinnamon rolls with glaze:
1. We will begin the recipe for the elaboration of the dough. To do this, we take a microwave suitable bowl and introduce water and butter. Now we are going to heat this preparation at intervals of 20 seconds, pausing to remove and check whether or not the butter is molten and hot water to the touch. It is important not to spend, if it is necessary to let stand until it warns.
2. We undo the yeast in the previous mixture and reserve. In another container, we mix the flour with sugar and salt. Add the egg and honey and incorporate it. Then, we pour the mixture of water and butter and beat to form a homogeneous dough. If the preparation sticks in the container, we add a little more flour.
3. We knead for 5 minutes and cover the dough with a damp cloth. We let stand until the dough has folded its size. When this happens, we place it on a floured surface and extend it with the help of a roller. We must stretch it by giving it a large rectangle shape as seen in the photograph.
4. Now we are going to prepare the filling of the rolls. We mix the two types of sugar with the cinnamon and reserve a moment. With the help of a spatula, we spread the butter distributing it everywhere and, on it, we sprinkle the sugar mixture and cinnamon evenly.
5. We roll the dough very carefully and cut 8 pieces of the same thickness with the help of a sharp knife.
6. We place the cinnamon rolls in a previously greased oven source and cover with film paper. We will let stand for 25 minutes to increase in volume, so that you do not put them very close.
7. Meanwhile, we are preparing the glaze. We take a bowl and beat the butter with the cream cheese. Once integrated, while beating, we incorporate the essence of vanilla and sugar. If the Frosting is very thick we can add some milk until we reach the desired consistency.
8. When there are a few minutes to finish the rest time, we preheat the oven to 200ºC. Once they have increased in size, we remove the film and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden and well cooked.
