Ingredients to make chocolate ponquesitos:
1. First, casca the eggs and watch them in a bowl. Báte them while adding the sugar little by little until they are foamy. Then add the rest of the ingredients: cocoa, milk, oil and, finally, flour. If you have no prepared or pastry flour, you can use common wheat flour and add a chemical yeast envelope. Keep beating until a creamy paste is made. Turn on the oven to 160 ºC in both resistances.
Trick: We recommend sifting cocoa and flour before adding them to the mixture to make sure it is left without lumps.
2. While the oven is heated, prepare the molds for the poles. Enter paper capsules into the molds to prevent weight. Pour the dough half the wrapping so that when it goes up, it does not spill.
3. Once stuffed in each capsule, bake for 25 minutes at medium height, but monitor the temperature. If you need more time, add it from five in five minutes, and see with a stick if they are made.
