Chocolate muffins recipe

Mix all dry ingredients. Troze the chocolate along with the nuts and add to the previous mixture.

Ingredients to make chocolate muffins:
For 14 muffins ::
180 gr butter
100 gr blond sugar
3 (170 gr.) Eggs
150 cm3 milk
150 gr. Chocolate coverage
80 gr. Nuts
300 gr Harina
20 gr. Baking powder
5 gr. Sal
1 teaspoon essence of vanilla
30 gr sugar

Ingredients to make chocolate muffins:

2. Derretize the butter with milk, let cool and add the essence of vanilla and eggs.

3. Unite everything and form a creamy dough.

4. Place them in molds for muffins paper piotines, fill them up to 3/4 parts of their height, sprink them with white sugar and bake at 180º for 15 or 20 minutes.

5. Tip: Do not mix the ingredients too much. Mix the preparation in an enveloping form to be light.

6. In general, muffins are served warm, their flavor is much better.
