Preparing homemade croissants has never been so easy with recipes. Whether for a birthday, for breakfast or for the snack, these chocolate croissants with puff pastry are simple, fast and delicious. Everyone likes them and surely anyone will be indifferent if you have made them.

Ingredients to make chocolate croissant with puff pastry:
1. To prepare the chocolate croissant with puff pastry dough we first have to gather the necessary ingredients.
2. We open the puff pastry and with a knife or a cutter, we cut it into triangles, as in the photo.
3. In the widest part of each portion we put a chocolate tablet. For these puff pastry croissants I used milk chocolate, however you can use, for example, white or black chocolate.
4. We wrap the portions with the tablets starting with the widest part. Do not worry about the fact that the croissants are open on one side because, in the oven, as the dough is cooked, they will close.
5. We preheat the oven to 200ºC, we place all chocolate croissants on a sulphurized paper sheet and paint them with the beaten egg. We bake for them for about 20 minutes, or until they begin to brown.
6. After the previous step, the croissant chocolate with puff pastry is ready! We can serve them immediately hot, warm or cold.
