Ingredients to make chocolate fritters:
1. To make the recipe for chocolate fritters first put a saucepan on the fire with milk, water, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional). If you prefer, you can do without sugar, since you will then batter the chocolate fritters in sugar.
