Ingredients to make chocolate and vanilla muffins:
1. To start preparing our muffins, we melt the butter in the microwave (or in the water bath) and put it in a large bowl along with honey and brown sugar. Let stand for a few minutes so that the heat of the butter makes honey and helps melt the sugar. Remove until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the eggs one by one and mix in each addiction.
2. We incorporate the milk and beat until integrating. The dough will become very liquid, it is normal!
3. Finally we gradually add the flour and yeast and we mix until we get a creamy and lump mixture. We have two bowls and in each of them we put half of the mass of the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. In one of the bowls we put the essence of vanilla and in the other cocoa powder. We mix well, cover and let stand in the refrigerator.

4. Once the masses are restored, we place paper capsules to make muffins in a tray for muffins and pour the dough with cocoa with the help of a pastry bag or spoon for ice cream at the base of all capsules. Then we do the same with the dough with vanilla and put it on top of the other.
5. Next, we remove the paper from the chocolates and put them on the surface of each muffin. We squeeze with the help of a teaspoon and sink them well. I just left covered and when the chocolates were baked, they decided to go to the surface.
6. With the preheated oven at 200 ºC, we sprinkle the muffins with chocolates with a handful of black chocolate scales and bake them for 15 minutes. We lower the temperature to 180 ºC and continue to bake until they are made inside. We check if they are ready by clicking with a wooden skewer or stick and turn off the oven when it comes out clean.
Trick: Time will depend on the size of the capsules, in my case it was almost 25 minutes but because they are very large capsules.
7. We leave the spongy vanilla muffins in the oven with the door ajar 10 minutes, take out, remove from the tray and let cool completely on a rack. Bon Appetite!
