Ingredients to make chipas:
1. Sample the cassava starch together with the salt and baking powder.
2. Make a hole in the center and place the cheese cut in small daditos.
3. Add the grated cheese, the newly ground eggs and pepper.
4. Unite all the ingredients and add of little milk to form a heavy bun and irregular texture by cheese dads.
5. On an enmantecada oven plate, go accommodating the rolls that I will do with the dough. They must have an elongated or round shape of about 4 cm. diameter.
6. Once accommodated, with a sharp knife make two cuts in the upper part.
7. Bring to a strong oven and just begin to brown, already inflated, they will be ready.
