Ingredients to make salty cheese and olives cookies:
1. Put in the chopper the flour, salt and cold butter to start preparing the mass of salty cheese cookies.
2. Then, I put the flour mixture in the bakery bucket and added the egg yolk, you know grams of salt and the 100 milliliters of beer. I let it knead until everything was integrated. If preferred, it can be done by hand.
3. We take the ball, place it in a bowl, cover it and put it in the fridge for half an hour to rest.
4. Past time, we put the mass of the salty cookies on top of the marble, on a sheet of baking paper, and, on top of that, we place another baking sheet to pass the roller and flatten.
5. It must be left with 2 cm thick so that salty cheese cookies and olives are perfect.
6. With a mold we cut the cookies and put them in a baking sheet. We will prick them with a fork.
7. Now is the time to put the decoration to each cookie, that is, to place the bacon, the olive and the chorizo. Once this is placed, the grated cheese is added on top.
8. With the preheated oven at 190 degrees, we bake salted cheese and olives for 25 minutes. We remove them, let it be turned and serve them as an appetizer accompanied by other tapas such as salted potato and onion muffins.
