Ingredients to make carrot and walnut cake:
1 egg
75 milliliters of oil
½ cup (100 grams)
½ cup of flour (70 grams)
½ teaspoon of bicarbonate
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
¼ cup chopped nuts
½ cup of rall carrot

Ingredients to make carrot and walnut cake:

1. To start preparing the carrot cake, take a container and beat the eggs with the oil. When these ingredients have integrated, add the sugar and continue beating.

2. Then, incorporate the flour little by little and still beat. Once incorporated, add the baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder.

3. Mix well and add the grated carrot and chopped nuts, incorporate the last ingredients into the mass of the cub.



Trick: Preheat the oven at 180ºC.

4. Pour the mixture of the carrot cake and nuts in a previously greased and floured mold. Lower the temperature to 170ºC and bake the cake for an hour, or until you see that it is ready.

5. Keep in mind that depending on your oven it may take longer to be done. To verify that you are ready, you must prick the carrot and nut cake with a wooden stick. If it goes clean, it is already and you can remove it to cool.
