1. Soften the butter a few seconds to the microwave so that it can be easily mixed (eye: it does not have to be liquid, only soft, if it is at room temperature it is not necessary to heat it). Put it in a bowl and botee it with sugar. Then, add the egg and vanilla essence.
Trick: If you have no vanilla essence to add to the mixture of butter cookies with chocolate, you can also grate a little vanilla in branch.
2. Next, it continues to mix and, little by little, it incorporates the flour. The result has to be a dough like the one in the photo, which does not stick in the hands and is soft. Take the dough and make a ball. Once the form is done, wrap it with film paper and leave it approximately an hour in the refrigerator.
Trick: If you see that the flour sticks, a good solution is to wet your hands with water and sprinkle some flour.
3. When ready, see until leaving it with a thickness of approximately half a centimeter.
