Ingredients to make chocolate stuffed butter cookies:
1. To make our stuffed butter cookies, it is necessary to have the filling prepared previously, so we are going to grate the black chocolate. Done this, we heat the cream in the microwave until it boils, we remove it immediately, add the grated chocolate and mix quickly until the chocolate is completely disappointed. We will let cool.
2. Once the chocolate is cold, we beat a little to take me body and put this chocolate ganache in a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle not very large. In a baking paper tray, we draw small chocolate ganache canes. We reserve in the fridge to harden.
3. Now we proceed to do butter cookies and oil. To do this, we put the 100 g of sugar in a bowl along with the softened butter. We beat until the mixture is whitish.
